We’ve just landed at Solas Festival in Perth, Scotland a beautiful little folk festival in the middle of the summer solstice.
We hit two supermarket skips to intercept food for this festival, one 15 minutes outside of Glasgow (it was the motherlode!) and the Waitrose in Stirling who supplied us with all our cheese desires.
Glasgow Skip: 70 kg of edible food.
Mediterrean Ratatouille with Fragrant Rice, Thai Green Curry with Fragrant Rice, Chilli & Sesame Green Beans & Tenderstem Brocoli, Zesty rice pudding, Rhubarb & Plum Fruit Compote, Forest Fruit Crumble, Asparagus & Chilli Pasta, Roasted Veg Couscous.
Oh and a banging bacon, beans, egg , roasted tomato, avocado & tenderstem broccoli breakfast with croissants & cinnamon bagels for us 🙂 #breakfastclub
